Comments:
This is a Detached Service Diary story featuring Andre. Blackhawk only appears as a narrator. Chuck appears briefly.
Synopsis:
Andre becomes a cat burglar. He sneaks into the home of wealthy French citizens and steals their jewels. He does this because the Nazis are also stealing from the French whose land they now occupy. Andre plans to return that which he steals while the Nazis are sending their booty back to Berlin. When Andre learns that another Frenchman has cut a deal with the Nazis to exchange jewels for information, the Blackhawk enlists the aid of Chuck to set up the informant. The scheme results in the informant's death at the hands of the SS. His Nazi contact is also arrested for profiteering.
