Synopsis:
Gang boss Al Rudd decides to go back to school in order to learn business skills that he can apply to crime. After completing his studies, Rudd begin keeping a filing system with information on banks and its employees. Using the information he is able to plan effective robberies. However, the crimes come to the attention of Sargon, who animates a fishing pole which Rudd sent to a bank teller. The pole leads Sargon to the crooks where he is able to apprehend them.
