Synopsis:
Two henchmen working for Slimey Gatz hear an appeal for patriotism on the radio from Dr. McNider. They want to join the Navy, but their boss won't let them. Instead he has them help steal secret plans from McNider to sell to spies.

McNider witnesses the crooks steal the documents. He then follows them as Dr. Mid-Nite. Gatz leads him to spy leader Hugo Schultz. They form a partnership, then plan to set fire to a warehouse. Dr. Mid-Nite intervenes, and the henchmen turn on their boss. The spies and Gatz are killed in an explosion of their own making. Dr. Mid-Nite then convinces the two men to go straight.
