Synopsis:
A bank building suddenly rises into the air and is carried away. The mayor summons Zatara for help. Zatara tracks the building to an empty lot where crooks are robbing it. When they finish they cause the building to float back into space with a levitator ray. Zatara and Tong confront the crooks and capture them. The levitator ray is then turned over to the government to help in the war effort.
