Synopsis:
Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys witness a young orphan, Jimmy, being abused by his uncle. The boys help the kid, demanding that the uncle stop forcing Jimmy to beg in the streets. The man agrees, but the boys don't trust him.

The boys stay close to Jimmy's house where they witness his uncle and some crooks plotting to steal the Christmas presents of wealthy Mrs. Van Gates. The Blue Boys stop the robbery and return the gifts to Mrs. Van Gates. Jimmy's uncle had been her chauffeur. The Blue Boys find a replacement in an out-of-work truck driver playing Santa Claus. They also bring Jimmy to her house for Christmas. She is lonely and agrees to care for the boy permanently.
