Synopsis:
Irene Miller recieves a letter concerning a bail bond racket. When she investigates, she learns that the author of the letter, John Callick has been killed. Irene gets herself arrested, so the crooked bail bondsmen, Hedge and Wiles, approach her. She gathers evidence on them, but is captured. Green Lantern rescues her with the help of Doiby Dickles. Then he gets a confession from the bail bondsmen before leaving them for the police.
