Synopsis:
Alan Scott investigates an orphanage he suspects of mistreating the children. On first glance, it looks to be well run, but one of the orphans alerts him to the mistreatment. He returns later as Green Lantern and gathers evidence against the orphanage director. He also learns that assistant mayor John Logan is involved. At a charity ball, Green Lantern exposes Logan and breaks up a robbery of the proceeds.
