Synopsis:
A wealthy philanthropist leaves money to Gotham City to build a downtown headquarters for Batman. The city surprises Batman with the new House of Batman which contains many crimefighting gadgets. When Batman begins using the headquarters, thief Mayne Mallock seems to be tipped off to Batman's plans. Batman rules out a listening device, but he still plans a trap for Mallock. The headquarters was actually Mallock's idea, and he is using it for a hide-out. When Batman's trap works, Mallock is captured. Batman then turns the House of Batman over to the city to use as a museum.
