Synopsis:
Zatara and Tong search the African jungle for missing explorer Raoul D’Armand. They are pursued by D’Armand’s rival, who doesn’t want the explorer found alive.

Zatara locate D’Armand in the custody of a race of Link Men which represent the missing link of humanity. The Link Men are lead by a blonde girl named Kara who wishes to save D’Armand from an impending sacrifice. Kara helps Zatara free D’Armand and escape, though Zatara is wounded by D’Armand’s rival, who in turn is killed by his own hired men.
