Synopsis:
Dr. McNider witnesses the theft of a brief case aboard a darkened train. As the passengers deboard, he trips the thief and takes the brief case. Inside he finds secret government plans.

The thief has followed McNider. Dr. Mid-Nite captures him and forces him to lead him to the rest of the gang. Dr. Mid-Nite then apprehends the other members of the spy ring and turns them over to the proper authorities along with the stolen documents.
