Synopsis:
Travis Morgan begins feeling restless with life at the palace in Shamballah. He drills the troops to stay in fighting shape, but when the idea of a hunt is presented, he jumps for the chance of action. Tara and Morgan's rival for her affections Graemore join him.
A pack of wolves has been causing trouble on the outskirts of the city. Morgan finds their tracks and discovers human tracks with them. He suspects Rostov is involved and goes with Graemore to find him. The Warlord's suspicions are confirmed when Rostov attacks. The Russian is in human form, but he displays a wolf personality. Morgan tries to snap him out of it, but it is Graemore who delivers the knockout blow.
Rostov is taken back to the palace, where he recovers his human senses. He explains that the wolf instinct is becoming harder to fight off. Morgan decides to take him to his daughter in search of a cure. Morgan's departure drives a wedge between he and Tara.
