This story is continued from the third story of All-American Comics #19.

Synopsis:
Hop Harrigan and Gerry help her father report the bandits on his ranch to the sheriff. The sheriff then leads a group of men to surround the crooks. However, the incompetent sheriff allows the gang to escape by car and by plane.

Hop takes a plane of his own in pursuit. Using the plane, he causes a cattle stampede which blocks the escape route of the crooks' car. He then dogfights with the crooks' plane. Both planes crash. Gerry then picks up Hop in a car and chases down the escaping pilot.
