Synopsis:
While flying over an ice field, Hop spots a ship stuck in the ice. He lands and learns that a crew member is terribly ill. He offers his medical supplies from the plane to save the man.

Meanwhile, Gerry meets a passenger from the ship named Maurice. The man is a writer and poet and fills Gerry's head with romantic notions.

When she is supposed to watch the sick man, she gives him a stimulant, then dances with Maurice. Because of Gerry's inattentive actions, the sick man's condition worsens. Hop is then forced to fly the man to a hospital.
