Synopsis:
The Penguin steals a group of experimental giant falcons and kidnaps their creator Dr. Baird. One of the falcons escapes and interrupts a rally held by G. Gordon Godfrey at Gotham University. Batman stops the rogue bird, then tracks down the Penguin. With the help of Baird, who plants a bird lure on the Penguin, Batman is able to recover the rest of the birds. The Penguin is then taken into custody.
