Synopsis:
Wonder Woman recovers in a hospital in Cephalonia after she fainted on the boat ride over. After regaining her strength, Diana is introduced to Julia's parents. She is still suspicious of the island near where she passed out. The following day she visits the home of Theophilus Ventouras, a wealthy estate owner. In his library Wonder Woman researches Cassandra Colchis, the reclusive owner of the island, but Julia and Theophilus persuade her to give up the search.

Meanwhile Circe's minions continue to monitor Diana's movements. Julia's friend Stavros is summoned by the rebels who oppose Circe. He is given a scroll to translate. The rebels are discovered, and they kill one of the lycanthropes who is watching them. The dead boy is Demetrios, Theophilus's nephew.

Theophilus, who is also a shapeshifter, seeks revenge on the boy who killed his nephew. The boy, Spiros, has gone with Stavros to translate the scroll. The shapeshifters kill the boy and set fire to Stavros's home. Diana arrives to find the house aflame. She rescues Stavros and tracks down Vanessa who has been given the scroll. The shapeshifters attack and defeat Wonder Woman. They bring her back to Circe, but they are unable to penetrate a circle made by Diana's lasso which protects Vanessa and the scroll.
