Synopsis:
Superman rescues a construction worker who is attacked by his own machinery. Husque was animating the machine. Unable to comprehend Husque's language, Superman brings him to Professor Hamilton. The professor is able to communicate and learns that Husque and Jimmy switched places.

Jimmy finds himself trapped in a colorless dimension. He is pursued by a variety of monsters before reaching a human calling himself the One. This man resembles Jimmy's long lost father. The One explains that he is not Jimmy's father, but he explains what happened to the man. Jimmy's father was a special forces operative who undertook classified assignments including the creation of the Project.

Before Jimmy can ask more questions, the shelter protecting them from the strange creatures is overrun. The One defends Jimmy. Back on Earth, Hamilton and Superman come up with a way to bring Jimmy home and send Husque back. Just as the creatures overrun the One, Jimmy is returned home.

Later Clark Kent decides to accept a position as the editor of Newstime Magazine.
