Synopsis:
A land of intelligent bird people is discovered in the arctic. Members of an Explorers Club decide to use the city as a hunting ground. Hawkman travels ahead of them to warn the bird people about the attack.

Hawkman meets and befriends Worla, the leader of the Feithera. Fiethera is an advanced and peaceful civilization and Hawkman wants to protect it from the outside world. Trata, a rebellious bird man, tries working with the hunters to overthrow Worla, but Hawkman prevails and defeats the rebel. The hunters are made to see the error of their ways and agree to keep the city’s existance a secret.
