Synopsis:
Reed awakens in a small apartment after being drugged. He collects several items in the room including money and a gun. He also finds a slip of paper with the name U.S.S. Bauer on it. Gunmen burst into the room. Reed defends himself and makes it outside without being shot. While being pursued he traces the clue on the paper to a steel company and his target. He eludes capture, finds the target, and shoots him. He is then ordered to stand down by Ms. Campbell, a Checkmate training officer who set up the situation as part of Reed's knight training.
