Synopsis:
Hank Hall has been captured by Kestrel. When Kestrel speaks the name Hawk, Hank transforms into his super-hero identity. They fight. Hawk loses badly, but the fight draws media attention. Dawn sees the trouble and comes to Hawk's aid. She lures Kestrel away from Hawk who transforms back into Hank Hall. Dove then retreats.
Kestrel recruits help by breaking into the local lock-up and freeing a prisoner named Shadowblade. Through unknown means Kestrel grants him powers and sends him after Hawk and Dove.
