Synopsis:
Black Canary stops a group of thieves who are holding up a bus. She is injured during the fight, but when she gets home she is happy. Her fears, that resulted from the trauma she experienced, have been faced. She and Ollie then have sex before Green Arrow goes on patrol.
Green Arrow sees a man being mugged. When he tries to help, the attackers and the victim turn against him. He is knocked out and taken to an office building. A Russian agent then recruits him to help retrieve a bio-agent that was co-developed by the Soviets and Chinese. The chemical was created on a space station and crashed on San Juan island. To prevent an international incident, Green Arrow agrees to find the experiment. The Chinese have sent an agent as well, Eddie Fyers.
