Synopsis:
Dinah catches up with Doug Vallines who intends to confront Vincent Scales directly about his use of poisonous chemicals. She convinces Doug to wait behind while she goes inside to obtain evidence of the corrupt business and the I.N.S. complicity of Bill MacDonald. She learns that Scales himself is dying from lung cancer. Scales lets them leave believing that the proof against him is buried, but Dinah has a tape recorded confession.
Dinah returns home where Hector Librado has died from complications of his illness and the botched assassination attempt.
