This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #619 and continues in Action Comics Weekly #621.
Synopsis:
Wild Dog tries to stop a hostage crisis at a local restaurant. However, young Danny Crown interferes by trying to jump the gunman from behind. Instead of stopping the crook, Danny makes himself a hostage. Wild Dog manages to stop the crook anyway. He must then flee the scene before the police move in. He tells Danny to stay behind.
Instead of obeying Wild Dog, Danny jumps into the back of his truck. Wild Dog doesn't know the boy is there. When he returns to his garage, he meets with Andy Flint. They are both unaware that Danny is listening.
