Synopsis:
Billy Batson goes undercover to a neo-Nazi youth camp posing as Duane McCullers. He receives training and is subjected to Nazi propaganda. When he learns of a secret plot by the adults running the camp, he sneaks onto the roof to observe. Camp founder Ham Davis and Dr. Patterson inject Lester Abernathy with a formula which transforms him into Captain Nazi.
