This story continues in Action Comics Weekly #627.
Synopsis:
As he is returning from deep space, Green Lantern sees a wormhole open. A wooden ship comes through and nearly crashes into the moon. Green Lantern rescues the ship and attempts to communicate with the passenger. He determines the ship is a shrine of some kind and is in need of repairs. Sensing it is not a threat, he leaves the ship in a California forest which should provide the passenger with the wood needed to make repairs.
Once Hal departs, the alien visitor transforms its appearance into that of Green Lantern. He then sees a logging truck which contains the materials he needs. However, the alien is confused when the truck does not respond to his communications. He enters a truck stop which has a violent movie playing on television. The alien interprets the movie as Earth customs. He then acts violently toward a customer and kills him. The alien then takes the truck loaded with logs back to his ship.
