Synopsis:
Superman prevents the sabotage of an american battleship and learns the saboteurs are working for Napkan. At the Napkan embassy, the Man of Steel uncovers a plot to take control of South America. He rushes south and prevents the plot from succeeding. He further thwarts Napkan sabotage efforts by preventing the destruction of the Panama Canal. Superman’s aid for the United States war effort is hailed as a triumph by the naval secretary and the loyal public.
