Synopsis:
Phantom Lady arrives at the capitol building where she runs into Roger Richter who recognizes her as Dee Tyler. They also see armed men coming out of the building holding the Vice President and Speaker of the House hostage. Phantom Lady projects some holograms to confuse the gunmen. Then she, Roger, and the cab driver who drove her to the capitol stop the kidnappers, including one in a robotic suit.
