Synopsis:
Wild Dog has traced the source of the drugs in Quad Cities to a company from Chicago. He breaks into their offices during a board of directors meeting and kills the entire group. When he returns home, Andy and Lou threaten to come forward with his true identity unless he ends his vigilante behavior. Jack agrees, but only until there is more dirty work to be done.
