The Day of the Krypton Man Part V
This story is continued from Superman #42.
Synopsis:
Superman and Draaga have been accidentally transported to the moon by Professor Hamilton. Their fight is broadcasted back to Earth by the crew of space shuttle Excalibur. K'raamdyn tries to help Draaga, but Superman is determined to kill his foe. Hamilton teleports Superman back to Earth just as he is about to deliver the killing blow. K'raamdyn carries Draaga back to his ship and soars away from Earth.
Back on Earth, Superman becomes more entrenched in his Krypton Man persona. This leads to Colin Thornton firing Clark Kent. Clark is also evicted from his apartment. Superman decides to abandon both his Clark Kent and Superman personas and live only as Kal-El.
Worried about their son, the Kents fly to Metropolis hoping to help Clark regain the humanity that he has lost.
