Synopsis:
While experimenting in his laboratory, Professor Herman Bly is charged with electricity and regains his youth. When he brings the discovery to his colleagues, they don’t believe him and have him arrested.

Bly discovers the electricity has also given him magnetic powers. He uses these powers to escape, rob a bank, and take his revenge on his colleagues. Zatara reads about the man in the newspaper and tracks down the crook. Using his magic and an electro-magnet, he is able to permanently remove Bly’s powers.
