This is a Dan the Dyna-Mite solo story subtitled:"The Private Life of Dyna-Mite".

Synopsis:
Danny Dunbar returns home to Washington expecting to find his parents. Instead the servants inform him that his father has been appointed an ambassador, and that the family is moving to South America within the day. Danny goes upstairs and cries himself to sleep. When he awakens, the butler tells him that his parents decided to leave without him, since it would be too dangerous. Danny is upset that he never even got to see them. The following day he boards a plane to rejoin the Young All-Stars.
