Synopsis:
When Guy Gardner gets bored, he visits the Green Lantern Citadel and starts a fight with Kilowog. The two battle it out and, in the process, destroy the building. Guy then invites Kilowog to return with him to the Justice League embassy and become the team repairman. Kilowog agrees.

Meanwhile, Blue Beetle and Booster Gold visit Kooey Kooey Kooey and convince the chief of the natives to allow a casino to be built on the island. Beetle and Booster then convince Kilowog to begin construction.
