Synopsis:
When an assassin tries to shoot Oliver Queen, he misses. Oliver investigates and questions Eddie Fyers when he suspects CIA involvement. Fyers denies the hit, so Green Arrow begins investigating people linked to recent events in his life. He beats up a street gang, tracks down a wife beater, and questions a girl about a stolen cat.
The trail eventually leads to congresswoman Barbara Alexander who he met on the road when she had a flat tire. She had her husband murdered. He was in the trunk of the car and thought Ollie might be a witness to the crime. She hired an accomplice to kill him. After Ollie catches her on the bridge, the congresswoman tries to shoot him. The bridge collapses underneath her causing her to fall to her apparent demise.
