Synopsis:
A series of thefts are occuring on the high seas. Aquaman has arrived in time to prevent the crimes, but the mastermind behind them, Enos Snark, has been able to slip away. Snark has invented many criminal devices, but Aquaman’s fish are always able to stop them.

Aquaman locates a new factory on a floating platform. The factory is a desalination plant which turns sea water into fresh water. It is controlled by Snark. When a nearby cargo ship is in trouble, Aquaman sends his fish to help. The fish are affected by the lack of salt water and are helpless.

Aquaman forms a plan, so when Snark’s gang attacks again, the fish can still operate. He provides the fish with tank of salt water so they can operate in fresh water. Snark and his gang are stopped and taken into custody.
