Synopsis:
Paul Hoben remains jealous and angry at Ray Palmer, so he brings a gun to confront Ray at his lab. Just as he arrives, the villain Strobe, using new technology shows up to battle the Atom. During the ensuing fight Paul and Ray are knocked out. Strobe ties them to a chair and leaves a gas bomb to kill them.
When he regains his senses, Ray shrinks out of his bonds. He then uses a shrinking device on Paul to get him to safety. They both shrink down to atomic size. The Atom uses the time to try to make peace with Paul. Once the shrinking effects wear off, Paul returns to normal size. The Atom then tracks down and apprehends Strobe.
