Synopsis:
Green Arrow tries to uncover the assassination target to which Shado has been assigned. He determines that the target is part of a multi-national peace conference which includes the President and Mikhail Gorbachev. At the conference, Green Arrow is able to signal Shado before she has delivered the killing shot. He shows that her son has been rescued. Shado then shoots the Senior Security Advisor, the man behind the plot. Authorities chase Shado who falls off a cliff.
Shado survives and meets up with Green Arrow to take custody of her child. She then goes into hiding.
