Synopsis:
Captain Atom approaches General Hilary for an assignment to capture Plastique. He hopes to get help from Nightshade, but she refuses. Captain Atom finds Plastique selling her services to the Queen Bee. In order to protect the JLE truce with the Bialyan leader, he waits until Plastique has taken the assignment. Captain Atom then stops Plastique from killing a Bialyan resistance fighter who is trying to get help from Harris Eiling. Plastique is losing control of her powers. Captain Atom offers to help.
