Comments:
This is a Deathstroke solo story. The Titans do not appear.

Synopsis:
Deathstroke is hired by leaders in the Central American country of San Miguel to destroy a munitions warehouse. The act convinces the government to release rebel leader Jorge Zaxtro from prison. Both sides are accused of wanting Zaxtro dead. Deathstroke eventually discovers that his employer Ramon Trujillo is behind the attacks on Zaxtro's life. He wanted to ensure that the conflict between the government and rebels continued, so that he could continue profiting by selling arms to both sides.
