Synopsis:
Fearing that Air Wave is closing in on him, a local crime boss hatches a plan to eliminate the hero. He attempts to frame Air Wave and allows D.A. Larry Jordan to witness a payoff. Since Larry is the real Air Wave, he knows that the payoff is a setup. He turns the tables on the crooks. The gang is caught, and the boss is arrested.
