Synopsis:
Rex Tyler assists Dr. Slight in the preparation of a chemical formula. Afterwards, Slight shows him a garden with various statues including that of a winged horse. Rex then leaves to meet the Minute Men of America.

Later, a munitions plant is bombed. A watchman reports a winged horse is responsible. Hourman questions him and begins to suspect Dr. Slight. He returns to Slight's castle where he learns that the scientist has created a formula to animate plaster casts of people and animals. Slight intends to use his creations for crime, but Hourman and the Minute Men defeat him.
