Synopsis:
Several delivery boys begin using roller skates to speed up their deliveries. One of the boys, Ted, falls during a delivery and breaks open the package he is carrying. He finds money inside. Ted seals up the package and finishes the delivery. When Ted drops off the package, the man who receives it kidnaps Ted because of what the boy has seen.

The money was stolen in a recent bank robbery. Air Wave, who is looking for clues to the robbery, tunes in on the boy's kidnapping. He tries a rescue, but is wounded in the leg. Unable to walk, Air Wave uses the help of the other delivery boys to rescue Ted and apprehend the crooks.
