Synopsis:
Gang boss Scarface worries that Zatara will cause trouble for his gang, so he orders an assassination of the magician. Zatara outwits the killers and warns Scarface to give up crime. When the crime leader then sends his men to rob a bank and a hotel, Zatara apprehends them. Zatara then raids Scarface's hideout. His gang surrenders, but the boss tries to flee to Chicago. Zatara tracks him down and turns him over to the authorities.
