Synopsis:
Batman impersonates convicted bank robber Jim Millan in order to infiltrate a prison and learn how prisoners are escaping. He is contacted by Hatch Marlin, a crook that has an underground network to smuggle out prisoners. Batman then escapes from prison in order to shut down Marlin's entire operation.

The crooks spot Robin following them, so Batman is forced to break his cover to save his partner. Batman and Robin are still able to follow the crooks and send them all back to prison. Afterwards, the real Jim Millan is convinced by Mary Holmes, his girlfriend, to return the loot he stole. He still must serve his sentence, but he is now eligible for parole.
