Synopsis:
Runt Gartery, an associate of Rat Underwood and his gang, decides to impress his friends. He constructs Robotrobber, a criminal robot to even the odds against Robotman. In their first encounter, Robotman stops Robotrobber from getting away, but the police allow the robot to escape. During the fight, Robotman noticed some odd behavior. When they meet again, Robotman uses putty to block an air tube on the robot. Robotrobber is then forced to reveal himself. The supposed robot is actually Runt wearing a robot suit.
