Synopsis:
Con man Bucky Moor tricks the daughter of a building owner into having her father Walter Grew declared insane. Walter contacts Zatara and gets him to help show his daughter Ann that Moor is a swindler. Zatara confronts Moor's gang, who try to force Grew to sign papers which would turn the building over to the crooks. Using magic Zatara beats the crooks, convincing Ann that she was duped. Moor and his men are apprehended, and Ann makes amends to her father.
