Synopsis:
Tal-Dar, an interplanetary policeman, comes to Earth to ask Batman to join the Interplanetary Space Police. Tal-Dar helps Batman fight crime in Gotham, but seems to be a glory hog. Tal-Dar finally admits that he is an incompetent lawman and wants Batman to teach him.
Together they travel to Alcor, Tal-Dar’s homeworld, to fight Zan-Rak, a crook there. Batman develops an alien disease forcing Tal-Dar to take charge. After the crook is defeated, Batman reveals that he was faking illness to prove Tal-Dar was a successful lawman.
