Synopsis:
When Nazi agents start a riot in a theatre, both Pat Dugan and Sylvester Pemberton go into action to stop it. Dugan and Pemberton successfully end the riot, but do not meet each other. Later both are inspired to make the american flag come to life and don patriotic costumes.
Unaware of each other's existence, the Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy track down and battle additional member of the Nazi saboteur ring. When they finally meet, they think the other is a cheap imitation. The Nazi capture them, forcing the duo to work together and escape. Working together, they defeat the Nazis and decide to make their partnership permanent.
