Synopsis:
TNT and Dyna-Mite rescue a man from the river. They trace clues to his identity back to art dealer Phineas Smythe, who claims no knowledge of the man. When hoods attack the man in his hospital bed, TNT stops them.

He then visits Smythe, whom he believes sent the hoods. Smythe captures TNT and Dyna-Mite, but the injured man has followed them and distracts Smythe long enough for the heroes to escape. They then apprehend Smythe who is the head of an art counterfeiting gang.
