Synopsis:
The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy attempt to apprehend a tall criminal called the Needle who uses needles to murder his victims. The Needle escapes, so the Kid visits police headquarters and the crime scenes for clues. When the Needle sees Sylvester Pemberton at the crime scene, he decides to target the kid.
That night Sylvester receives a mysterious package. Instead is the Needle's dwarf accomplice. Stripesy manages to warn Sylvester in time to save his life. The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy then follow the Needle and the dwarf to the home of their next victim. This time the heroes succeed in apprehending the crooks.
