Synopsis:
Jim Grace makes a name for himself by paying for everything using one hundred dollar bills and refusing change. When Mr. Terrific sees Grace attacked by kidnappers he intervenes. Grace is wounded in the fight and taken to the hospital. In order to learn who is behind the kidnapping, Mr. Terrific disguises himself as Grace and continues to pass out money.

The hoods return and snatch Mr. Terrific. They take him to their boss Big Bill Steven, Grace's ex-partner in crime. Steven testified against Grace and sent him to prison. Now that Grace had been released, Grace had used the money to lure Steven out of hiding. Mr. Terrific apprehend Steven, and Grace agrees to help charity with the rest of his money.
