Text story

Synopsis:
Hop Harrigan and Tank are sent to deliver important papers to Senator Wall in Washington. When they arrive, they learn that the Senator has just left by plane to New York. Hop and Tank then discover the pilot of the Senator's plane beaten.

Hop deduces that the Senator was kidnapped. He follows the Senator's plane and finds the kidnappers. Then he and Tank stop the crooks, who are German spies. When the Senator is safe, Hop completes the delivery of the papers.
